Haldi Chai

Haldi, which means "turmeric" in Hindi, is a fragrant and refreshing golden spice packed with a wealth of health benefits. The spice is often used to combat inflammation, arthritis, and vision problems. Turmeric has been a staple of South Asian foodways for centuries, granting countless flavorful dishes with a vibrant, golden hue. 

We've paired our turmeric with rejuvenating dried ginger, as well as a series of spices from our classic Masala Chai, including cinnamon, cloves, and pepper. As always, our Assam black tea blend is versatile and easy to prepare. Simply boil with water, desired sweetener, and milk of your choice (coconut milk pairs well with the bold flavors!) for a warm cup, or add milk afterwards for a cooling sip.
